Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

Attach Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
